DEA, prosecutors say no ‘drug-related’ charges pending in Adams County nightclub raid

The Drug Enforcement Administration said they did not present any cases for prosecution related to “previously reported behavior” of the 49 people inside an Adams County makeshift nightclub they raided in late January.

DENVER (KDVR) — The Drug Enforcement Administration said it did not present any cases for prosecution related to the “previously reported behavior” of the 49 people inside an Adams County makeshift nightclub they raided in late January.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado and the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, which represents Adams County, both confirmed in emails to FOX31 the DEA has not referred any cases to them for charges.
