DENVER (KDVR) — U.S. Senators John Hickenlooper and Michael Bennet joined 19 other lawmakers to introduce a bill Monday designed to limit immigration arrests at locations like schools, churches and hospitals.
The measure comes after widespread Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Drug Enforcement Administration operations throughout the U.S., and particularly in the Denver metro area.
