DENVER (KDVR) — Residents were evacuated, and an elementary school had to cancel class on Monday due to an incident at an oil and gas facility northeast of Greeley.
The Galeton Fire Protection District in northern Colorado posted on Facebook that at 5:50 p.m. Sunday, crews responded to an incident at an oil and gas facility south of Weld County Road 74. A nearby elementary school called it a “containment issue.”
