DENVER (KDVR) — The city of Aurora is working to remove homeless encampments across its jurisdiction, and the mayor said dozens have been abated so far in 2025.
Mayor Mike Coffman said that during January through March 2024, the city had removed 87 encampments. During the same period in 2025, the city has abated 176 encampments.
