DENVER (KDVR) — A district court judge in Colorado ordered on Tuesday that a preliminary injunction be continued against the federal government, barring the removal of Venezuelans from Colorado who have been accused of belonging to a gang called Tren de Aragua.
District Court Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney concluded in her ruling that the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 cannot be used against the TdA gang because it is not attacking the United States.
