Lake Loveland water levels rising again after hundreds of dead fish found in May

One of northern Colorado’s most popular reservoirs is rising again after more than 500 fish died as a result of low water levels.

LOVELAND, Colo. (KDVR) — One of northern Colorado’s most popular reservoirs is rising again after more than 500 fish died as a result of low water levels.

Referred to some residents as the “Gulf of Greeley,” the irrigation reservoir known as Lake Loveland is no longer dry after weeks of heavy rainfall.
