DENVER (KDVR) — Congressional Reps. Jeff Crank, Gabe Evans and Lauren Boebert wrote to Colorado Gov. Jared Polis on Thursday, “expressing grave concerns over Colorado’s continued policy of covering illegal immigrants with state Medicaid funds.”
The GOP members of Congress noted in their letter to Polis that Medicaid was created in 1965 and “designed to provide care to and uplift the most vulnerable in our society — such as disabled Americans, children, Americans living below the poverty line, pregnant women and single mothers.”
