Sloan’s Lake, a popular place to walk, run and bike, is home to geese, ducks, and lots of fish. However, it is facing a serious bacterial problem. 

DENVER (KDVR) — Sloan’s Lake, a popular place to walk, run and bike, is home to geese, ducks, and lots of fish. However, it is facing a serious bacterial problem. 

“Blue-green algae is an issue. Fish kills are an issue. It’s something we have to deal with,” said Executive Director for Sloan’s Lake Park Foundation Kurt Weaver.
